Objective: 

To introduce and familiarize the students to the basics of stage presence.
To develop the student’s mind and body coordination and concentration.
To make them learn about the basic principles of choreography.
To make them learn, understand and develop their movement skills, musicality, dynamic
range and expressivity.
To help the students to strengthen their creative skills in live performance.

Unit I: 
• Simple physical exercises of head, neck, shoulders, Arms, Wrist, eyes, legs, feet, heels & toes.
Unit II: 
• Footwork / Stepping / Hand Movements / Head Movements / Eye Movements / Step Dancing & Body Moulding.
Unit III: 
• Folk Dances of Rajasthan: Ghoomar, Gair, Panihari, Chirmi Terah-Taali, Kalbelia etc.
