Objective: 

to develop student's mind and body coordination and concentration
familiarize them with the basics of stage presence.
movement skills, musicality, dynamic range
.strengthen their creative skills.

Unit I: 
• Simple physical exercises of head, neck, shoulders, Arms, Wrist, eyes, legs, feet, heels & toes.
Unit II: 
• Footwork / Stepping / Hand Movements / Head Movements / Eye Movements / Step Dancing & Body Moulding.
Unit III: 
Folk Dances of Rajasthan: Ghoomar, Gair, Panihari, Chirmi Terah-Taali, Kalbelia etc.
Academic Year:
