CO10: Enhance the practical knowledge of regional dances of Gujarat, Punjab, Kashmir, Maharashtra, and Assam. CO11: Enable the student to perform folk dances as Garba, Bhangra, Dogra, Lavni and Bihu. · Simple physical exercises of head, neck, shoulders, arms, wrist, eyes, legs,feet, heels & toes.
· Footwork / Stepping / Hand Movements / Head Movements / Eye Movements / Step Dancing & Body Moulding.
· Regional dances related to following states:Rajasthan, Gujarat: Garba, Punjab: Bhangra, Kashmir: Dogra, Maharashtra: Lavni, Assam: Bihu
